Private Equity and Venture Capital Projects

JM Santoyo & Company provides investment, co-investment and joint venture options to its client companies and projects. JMS&C focuses on companies with valuations of up to $100 million with an investment horizon of 7-10 years. Typical investment sizes can range from $1,000,000 to $10,000,000. Larger amounts are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. JMS&C maintains anti-dilution provisions and other investment protections at our discretion.

Commercial and Residential Development Projects

JM Santoyo & Company's primary function is facilitating short-term (less than five years) secured real estate loans or structured finance. Examples include participation interests and loans on properties in a turnaround situation. Structured investments include property ownership, joint ventures and senior debt. Our target transaction size is between $10 million and $250 million, however we will consider larger transactions as well as direct investments on a per-project basis.
